How this site got it’s name
Love it or hate it, you’re probably having a reaction to the name of this site: Eat. Drink & be Skinny. Let me explain…hint: Skinny is not meant to imply unhealthy, in fact, it’s quite the opposite.
Meet the Blog Manager, Caitlin
Caitlin is excited to be a part of the EDBS community. She has a passion for travel, fitness, writing, dance and enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, and dog Callie.
While writing this, Caitlin has been to 10 countries and even lived in Thailand for four months. She has experience working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, created her very own line of resistance bands, and has danced semi-pro with a variety of teams.
Caitlin also loves veggies almost as much as I do, and enjoys stopping by the Clean & Colorful Kitchen for delicious snacks while planning the EDBS monthly calendar.

While this site initially started out in 2012 as a personal blog to support Teresa Marie’s Health Coaching business, it has since transitioned into a contributor site where experts all fields of health and wellness are sharing their wealth of knowledge in their particular spaces. If the path to better health and more happiness was the same for all of us, one writer would be fine. But we are all unique and struggle and thrive in different areas of our lives.
A team of over a dozen writers are maintained on a regular basis and new contributors come on every few months to continue to bring fresh insight and perspective. You’ll find articles about running, triathlons, holistic nutrition, mindfulness, goal setting, yoga and so much more.
