With spring here in full force and summer around the corner, it’s time we chat cocktails (virgin too), right?! As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am in favor of celebrating the changing of the seasons with a nice antioxidant bursting chiller. There’s something about a refreshing blueberry lemonade that I absolutely love!
Blueberry Lemonade Chiller
Prep time: 5 mins
Total time: 5 mins
Recipe type: Beverage
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup water
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- ½ lemon, juice only
- ½ tsp stevia
- *3 oz vodka (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour all ingredients in blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Enjoy!
