High intensity interval training is absolutely amazing!
Now just in case you’re wondering what HIIT is – it’s training intensely for a short period of time, let your body recover and repeat.
You can get an amazing workout in in literally four minutes! If you give each exercise your all for 20 seconds, recover for 10 seconds, do that for eight rounds, you can finish your workout in four minutes.
No matter what your level of fitness is, our goal is to work until a state of breathlessness.
This workout is not easy. But I promise that you will get results!
