Don’t give up just yet – we still have 10 Weeks left! 2016 Goal Getter Giveaway!

You heard me right.  It’s mid-to late October 2016. Many healthy hopefuls call this no-man’s land for getting stuff done. With 80% of the year behind us and the holidays just in front of us it’s all too easy “wait until next year” to work on your goals — whatever they may be. Well, that is just silly. Enter: motivation in the form of my first ever Goal Getter Giveaway!

Do you know how much you can do in 10 weeks?

You can lose 10-20 pounds. Or, you can NOT GAIN 10-20 pounds — lol. You can establish productive habits. You can learn to cook healthy meals for you and your family. You can train for and complete a local holiday 5K, 10K or more.  You can plan and book your dream vacation. You can learn a new skill. You can clear up your skin, improve your sleep and start to reverse disease. You can at the very least get started on doing anything you want to do!

What will you do with the next 10 weeks?

This late October does not need to be no-mans land for you. You can roll into 2017 ahead of the game if you take action now. Think about what you want most and consider these two options:

  1. If I do take action: If I do make my health and goals a priority and learn to do something different? What will I look like in 10 weeks? How will I feel? What will be different in my life?
  2. If I don’t take action:  What if I continue to sleep in, eat sugar and pretend I don’t care? What if I just wait “till next year” like everybody else (like I do every year)? How will I feel? What will be different in my life?

    I want to avoid the holiday food funk this year. It starts at Halloween and snowballs through New Year’s. Overeating processed foods and libations because of an increase of social obligations. Coming off of the 28 Day Clean and Colorful Challenge, I am armed with my planning and mindful eating and I really want to take that into the holiday season. Just because it is there, doesn’t mean I have to put it in my mouth.
