30 Day Full Body Challenge – 2017 Fitness Round Up!

Are you Ready to Challenge Every Major Muscle Group in your Body this Month?

Sine the beginning of the year we have stretched, strengthened, tightened and toned all parts of our bodies and we’re ready to round out 2017 with the best of the best!

30 day full body workout challenge

It’s been a great year for the series. We’ve hustled our way through 12 different challenges!  I asked the community what they “enjoyed” most by picking their top three from the year. Here’s what they said:

LOWER BODY, CORE, PUSH-UPS, RUNNING, BURPEES and UPPER BODY.

This is going to be tough! And it was starting to get really complicated too because there were some pretty technical challenges. I pride the 30-Day Challenge Series on being excuse free and barrier free, so I did my best to make it as simple as possible. Below is a summary of each day’s work. Click on the link to see the details of the original challenge instructions and video tutorials.

  • Monday – #1 Lower Body: 100 of your favorite variations of squats. You can do all of them featured in the challenge or just pick one basic lower body movement you love. You decide. Just do 100 and record how long it takes and/or how many reps per set you do.
  • Tuesday – #2 Core: 100 of your favorite core exercises. You can do all of them featured in the challenge or just pick one basic movement you love. You decide. Just do 100 and record how long it takes and/or how many reps per set you do.
  • Wednesday –#3 Push-Ups: 100 of your favorite push-up exercises. You can do all of them featured in the challenge or just pick one basic movement you love. You decide. Just do 100 and record how long it takes and/or how many reps per set you do.
  • Thursday – #4 Running: Or walk it, or jog it, or sprint it. Whatever you want. Just put on the shoes and hit the road or the tread and record how long it takes. You’ll probably go farther than one mile, but just get in one mile as fast as you can.
  • Friday – #5 Burpees: I think 100 burpees might be murderous. It’s certainly an option for you out there who want it but I say do as many burpees as you can in 3 min and record how many you do each week. You decide if you do beginner, basic or beast mode.
  • Saturday – #6 Upper Body: 100 of your favorite upper body exercises. You can do all of them featured in the challenge or just pick one basic movement you love. You decide. Just do 100 and record how long it takes and/or how many reps per set you do.
  • Sunday – Challengers Choice: Rest if you need or want it. Repeat your favorite. Or for those of you who are up for it…do some form of test. Or as it turns out, I’ve been using these as catch up days a bit. ha ha.

Here’s what it should look like, pin this one out there and let’ get a big group going!

Why Should You Join the 30-Day Full Body Challenge?

Because December is one of the easiest months to get off track! Between the cool weather, a stacked social calendar, an abundance of delicious bites and sweet treats within arms reach, it’s definitely more challenging to stay fit, healthy and fun.

But that does not mean it cannot be done. Committing to something as simple as the 30-Day Full Body Challenge will give you something each day to focus on.

Week over week, you’ll get stronger and see the growth and progress. Results are motivating, so when you get them — those little pieces of cake and extra globs of gravy just don’t look so good when you know they are in-between you and your goals.

Are you up for the 30 Day Full Body Challenge – 2017 Fitness Round Up?

Last year we had nearly 3000 people take the 2016 Full Body Fitness Challenge! We’ve only been averaging about 1K these past few months so let’s see if we can rally the troops and get a GREAT group together this year!
