As you my know, I’ve just defined my Clean & Colorful Concept. These are the four things I believe everybody can do to improve their health and happiness. I strongly believe that if more people did these four things everyday, we really could make make a dent in this heart disease and obesity epidemic we’re dealing with right now. As a refresher, here you have the 4 Universal Diet Truths:

Step 3: Get Some Yummy Recipes!
You’d be amazed at how yummy you can make your juices — you’d also be amazed at what you can put in your juicer! Sweet potatoes? Jalepenos? Cilantro? Beets? Broccoli stalks? Now, maybe not all in the same juice, but you would be surprised at what comes out. The juicer will rip through any tough vegetable so get creative! #1 FAQ: Can I make my juices in a blender?
That is hands down the number one question I get. The answer is kind of,…no. Because if it goes in the blender, then it’s a smoothie. Smoothies and juices are different in a lot of ways and both come with their perks and pitfalls.
