Clean & Colorful No Bake Breakfast Bars

I’m sure your mom told you at some point in your life to eat your breakfast because it’s one of the most important meals of the day. I’m also sure that breakfast gets skipped here and there for one reason or another. That’s where these super easy to make Clean & Colorful no bake breakfast bars come in!

I love making these breakfast bars because they’re fast and simple, full of nutrition, and are rather tasty. Not to mention that they also make for an easy breakfast when you’re short on time in the morning…mom would be so proud.

Why breakfast is such an important meal

Mom always said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for some pretty good reasons. Breakfast literally breaks the fast we experience while sleeping. Having a meal right when we wake up in the morning helps jump start our metabolism. It also gives us energy to get the day started and helps with focus.

Having a nutritious breakfast will also help keep us from snacking on unhealthy items as well as making poor choices at lunch. If breakfast isn’t your thing, don’t worry. Even having something small like a protein shake is better than no breakfast at all.

Clean & Colorful Breakfast Bars

This is why I love these Clean & Colorful no bake breakfast bars! They’re packed full of protein, healthy fats, carbs to give you energy and fiber to keep you full. You can quickly make these no bake breakfast bars the night before for a grab and go breakfast.

Clean & Colorful Breakfast Bars


  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 3 cups Raw Oats
  • 1/2 cup Banana Chips


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper and top with mixture. Spread evenly and press into corners.
  3. Place in refrigerator and let set overnight. Remove and cut into 6 bars.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to grab and go.
