Welcome back Angelena Riggs, our guest personal trainer with a passion for helping people change! Now Here she is giving you a few pointers on how to get started using your new home gym.

Ready to put all your new fitness equipment to work?

Add this at home total body workout to your day and stop making the excuse that you don’t have the time!

Part 1: Warm Up!

  • Do a quick warm up- either step ups or jump ropes to get warmed up.

Part II: Workout!

Complete all exercises listed, rest and do 2-3 more circuits (depending on time and fitness level).

1. Chest Press on Stability Ball: 10 lbs 15 reps

Part III: Cool Down

  • Always take a few minutes to let your heart rate recover and do some light stretching to end your workout on a safe and happy note!
