Because this program is individually coached, it starts whenever you want it to! The day you register, you’ll receive instant access to all of the materials. The program is designed to start on a Sunday and you pick the one that works best for you. The day you are ready to start the program, you simply activate your coaching and Sheri and Teresa will pop in your inbox every morning for the next 35 days with workout reminders and other essential runner must-know information!
After you buy the program once, you’re welcome to activate the coaching as many times as you want, making this a 10 and even 15 week program for the same cost. The workouts will stay the same, but your body will be faster!
