It also includes a comprehensive shopping list and tracker so you can monitor how your body and lifestyle are reacting to the new style of eating.

Daily macronutrient averages are roughly 20-25% protein, 50-60% carbohydrate and 20-30% fat. You’ll receive three different calorie levels (1250, 1500, 2000) depending on your weight loss or maintenance goals.
