Ummm…Fall…while us San Diegans have trouble experiencing the seasons via the weather, we can still appreciate the scents, feelings and tastes of Fall through other signs. Things like football season returning, the idea of a sweater and of course the perfectly flavored skinny Fall cocktail can remind us that Summer has indeed passed and cooler times are on the horizon.

Skinny Fall Cocktail Factoids
Cooled herbal teas are a great way to add rich, unique flavor to a martini, with practically zero calories. When you steep the tea, be sure to use 3 to 1 ratio to typical tea to ensure you have a strong enough flavor to carry its own over the vodka and apple juice in this SkinnyTini.
Skinny Mixologist Note:
Sweet & Spice tea was a brand I found at the store. Don’t worry about the specifics; just get any herbal hot tea that has a blend of hearty spices with a touch of sweet. If not sweet enough, don’t hesitate to sweeten with a packet of your favorite low calorie sweetener like Splenda, Sweet & Low or Truvia.
