I’ll be hosting my very first ever StepBet! It’s a similar idea to DietBet, where I’ve coached thousands of people and helped them lose over 30K pounds and win a ton of cash in the process. Sometimes all you need is a little accountability and added incentive to make the mundane – oh so fun and achievable!

How will the StepBet work?

  1. You register for the game and commit to hitting your step goal for 6 solid weeks. Your step goal is calculated on your past stepping history based on the device you connect.
  2. You’ll have a base day to hit and a 2 stretch days to hit each week. Just follow the instructions in the app, it’s super easy!
  3. When the game closes, the winners will be tallied up and you guys split the pot!*

  1. You register for the game and commit to losing 4% of your body weight in 28 days.
  2. The app or web site will walk you through how to officially weight in, it’s super easy.
  3. You log into the community for daily tips, advice, support and accountability. I’m here to coach, but historically, this DietBet community is one of the best in the land in terms of cheering each other on!
  4. After 28 days, if you hit your goal, you follow the instructions in the app or online to officially weight out.
  5. When the game closes, the winners will be tallied up and you guys split the pot!*

*Less coach and DietBet fees. You probably won’t be paying your mortgage this month with your winnings, but you’ll get your registration fee back plus a little fun money to treat yourself to a nice reward!

Whether you want to step it up or drop the number on the scale down – I’m here and super excited to help you do it! And FYI, I’m playing right along side you! My step goal is just under 10K steps a day and my Stretch Days are 12K per day and I’ve got 4% of my body weight to spare (plus a tiny bit more — ha ha). I know we can do this!
