My Favorites!
I have to say, when I started flipping throughThe Self-Care Cookbook, I had no idea what to make first! The pictures included in this cookbook were so vibrant and beautiful. I had the hardest time choosing! But at some point you have to make a choice. Here’s what I went with:
- The Ricotta-Stuffed Avocados – These were to die for! Tangy and flavorful – I was left feeling super satisfied. And the best part? Because of the healthy fats, I was full for a long time! These make for an awesome side or appetizer next time you want to impress friends!
- Salted-Caramel Banana Pudding – All I have to say is OMG! This pudding recipe was the perfect combo of sweet and savory. I will definitely be making this one again in the near future.

It’s a tie between emotional and nutritional. I have a very stressful job so working on how to deal with stress better is a must. But I also need to work on the nutritional side of things!!
