Welcome to 2016 with Teresa Marie Wellness

As you know, I’m a fan of clean slates and lofty personal and professional goals. 2016 is going to be a great year and I hope you’re as excited as I am to start off strong, with clear goal and course of action. I’ve done a little house keeping to make things easier for you. This post is a quick summary of how we got here, where we’re going and a little sneak peak into my personal life and professional goals in 2016 — and what all that means for you!

How I got where I am today

I believe strongly in the power of food and the beauty of fitness and have devoted my life to personally living fit and happy and professionally helping more people live healthy and well. I studied nutrition in college and lived a full career in corporate weight loss before I started this journey. It’s been a windy road to get where I am, which has been a bit confusing. This year is about clear goals, direction and results!

Until this week, I had a different social media handle for everything…from email to instragram, twitter to facebook. They were all mine, I’m responsible for all the messaging that goes out, yet you might not know that unless you were paying very close attention. I just took some big leaps and here’s exactly where and how you can find me now:

And here are the cute new business cards to prove it all. Cheers to cleaning house in 2016 and getting organized! Phew!

What to look forward to in 2016

I’m ready to take Teresa Marie Wellness and this Blog, Eat Drink and be Skinny to the next level. I’m eager to work closer with proactive people who are looking to make positive changes in their life. I’m excited to increase my impact and help more people break free of limiting beliefs, learn to develop more forgiving thought patterns and enjoy the benefits of a truly whole and healthy lifestyle.

Instead of throwing darts at a board with what happens to be on my mind for the week, you can look forward to a clear path to better health and more happiness. I’m kicking it off this month with my 12-Week Coaching program, Break the Diet Cycle. Registration will open soon, so make sure you’re on the waiting list to secure your registration and be eligible for the early bird registration discount.

Break the diet cycle

In the Spring you can look forward to my new weight loss program, the Fat Furnace! Both of these programs will be coached in a very small group setting with live webinars, a private community and the option for personal follow up. Registration for these program will only be open for a short period of time so it will be important to read your newsletters from me  for program details, VIP discounts and registration deadlines.

I will continue to launch and host a 30-Day Challenge on the first of every month and write regular posts for this blog that are timely, relevant and impactful.  Simple Secrets, my digital coaching membership site, and my 3-Day Detox will continue to be available year round — ready for you when you are ready for them! Sheri and I will continue to provide Gals Who Run with great content and seasonal group running challenges. Im also excited to expand into the corporate wellness space and deliver more on-site presentations and consulting.

Meet Teresa Marie (and Todd the Fiat!)

This is perfect timing to share this little video. Over the summer I got an email from a friend forwarded from a marketing agency looking for “entrepreneurs who drive Fiats.” I’m a nut about my little white Fiat (Todd) as I got him less than a month before I left the security of my full time job. I knew I was going to need to be much more efficient as I started from scratch and grew my business. I tossed my name in the hat for the gig and here’s the result! Two very quick minutes of my life in San Diego, how I spend my days, what I’m trying to do and how Todd helps me do it all. Ha ha

I’ve also been doing a bit more video in the old home office. So if you’re looking for a deeper description about  what I’m really aspiring to do (and also what pisses me off) you can watch this video. And if you’re wondering why my blog is Eat. Drink & be Skinny (that dreaded and controversial S word) then watch this video.

I hope you are as excited for a new year as I am and are feeling the same rush of inspiration and clarity. It’s going to be a good one, let’s buckle up and get ready for our BEST YEAR YET!
