Tespo Vitamin Dispenser

6 Reasons why I love my Tespo Vitamin Dispenser

  1. Hands down, it’s just fun. I can’t get over the flashing lights. It makes me smile every-single-morning.
  2. I never forget. Never! It’s right next to my coffee machine. I just can’t. Unless I’m not home, and the engineers are even working on a travel version to make that issue disappear. tespo 2 pin
  3. I know I’m getting a good bang for my vitamin buck! Liquid vitamins are absorbed better than pills. Like 85% bioavaliablity vs. 15%. That alone makes this product amazing.
  4. It tastes good! The women’s essential is like a little shot of sunshine every morning.
  5. The energy! On days I don’t have time for coffee, I swap out my women’s essential disk for the energy vitamin disc — it has 100mg caffeine. That’s about what one cup of coffee will do.
  6. I do not have to swallow a handful of pills. While I am quite good at it, a daily shot of yummy is much more pleasant!

My biggest hurdle in taking my vitamins… 1. remembering to buy more when I run out; 2. remembering to fill my weekly pill container to remind me to take my vitamins (otherwise I have the conversation with myself about ‘did you take your vitamins or not silly…’) and 3. (probably the biggest struggle) I don’t like taking pills of any kind… even just vitamins.

My biggest struggle is needing the make sure I have food in my stomach when I take them. I’m always afraid that if I’ve only had coffee or a juice I will get sick.

I know that fear…and I don’t know for sure, but I think the liquid might be easier on your stomach. I take them right before I head out to gym in am and have not had issues. But I can’t say that’s what might happen for everybody else too 😉

This is so awesome and would be so helpful. My biggest problem is that I simply forget! It’s always so aggravating that I can never remember!

Right? So many little things to do in the am, getting in vitamins that may or may not be absorbed is easy to forget. I have not forgotten since I’ve had this little guy in the kitchen!

My biggest struggle is having so much to do in a day and forgetting to take them.

My biggest hurdle to taking my vitamins daily is that I’m so busy getting myself ready in the morning and making sure my son with sensory processing disorder has everything he needs to have a good day. I’m a special education teacher, as well and I’m constantly going through a checklist in my head of what I need to do for my students that day, do I need to revisit a lesson, do I have any paperwork due…etc. Taking my vitamins just slips my mind when I have so many other things to think about in the morning.

I can only imagine! This little guy makes it fun so it’s a bit easier to remember. Keep it up Amy, that’s some impressive work you’re doing!

I love this because I wouldn’t forget if I already took my vitamins or not. Sometimes I do forget especially if I sleep in or just have a busy morning in general.

    I. ALWAYS. Forget.

My biggest hurdle is that I need solid food in my stomach. So I try to do it with breakfast. But if I miss breakfast for some reason, I tend to forget for the day.

Never heard of this product before. I hate swallowing pills and I take up to 18 each day- all vitamins and minerals. This is amazing.

My biggest challenge is remembering which vitamins and minerals to take when. I have some that I take twice a day and some three times a day and some once a day in the morning or in the evening. IT gets so dang confusing! I have three pill cases!!! and still get confused!!!

Yikes Christie — that is tricky! Tespo could at least simplify your multivitamin? I’d take a look at the nutrition panel of the different types they have to see if you can knock a few pills out of your case 😉

My main problem in taking vitamins is not knowing which vitamins to take, especially since I’ve heard that a lot of vitamins aren’t even absorbed by the body ….

I am usually running late in the morning I should just carry them on me so I don’t forget but then I don’t want to lose them.

    Reply

    • Teresa

Carrying them does seem tough. This little tespo thing does take about a min, but you can do other things while it mixes and then just shoot and go!

Do you need a cup for every family member do you think? Do you have to use the ones from the website or can you use any appropriate sized one?

    Reply

    • Teresa

I think you can use the same cup, I rinse it every time. And I’m pretty sure it has to be their cup because it has a magnetic bottom and special slot in the middle to help mixing.

I have had wls so getting vitamins is difficult for me. This would be such a blessing for me.

Well this one can definitely replace your multi-vitamin 🙂 I’d suggest you check out all the nutrition panels to see which formula would be best for you. I’m picking the winner Monday — good luck!

My biggest hurdle is having to take a big multivitamin in addition to various medications I need to take on a daily basis. Vitamin supplements just add to the number, so I forego them most of the time. Having a Tespo liquid drink seems it would be fun to have a “shot” of vitamins along with my daily prescriptions!

I am a person who hates to take pills. This would be an awesome healthy solution. I can’t wait to try this product.

My biggest hurdle is remembering late in the day, because I got busy or sidetracked, and then forgetting again because my kiddos distract me … even setting an alarm/reminder hasn’t helped 🙁
