I have been a certiﬁed yoga instructor for 8 years, a certiﬁed personal trainer for 6 years and a certiﬁed wellness coach for 5 years. I believe that ﬁtness saved my life almost a decade ago because when I began learning how to workout, I discovered that I alone was in control of my body, and completely responsible for my mental, emotional and physical health. This epiphany caused a huge shift in the way I viewed the world and made me a much stronger, more resilient person. I ﬁrmly stand by the notion that we must take responsibility for ourselves, and that it is up to us to live strong, empowered lives. And I am here to help show you how.
