As a nutrition coach, personal trainer, nurse & mom of four amazing kids, including my stillborn baby boy... Coaching my sisters-in-loss (women whom have lost a baby or child) towards better health is a passion of mine. My knowledge coupled with my loss experience give me a unique ability when helping other bereaved sisters focus on what matters and strive towards their healthiest mind, body and heart through exercise and healthy eating.
What do I do exactly?
I help my fellow sisters-in-loss work towards their best health by offering one-on-one, client centered coaching. I provide them with the support, guidance and knowledge they need to reach their healthy lifestyle goals. I also offer/host a free Facebook community where loss moms can find comfort in a group of like-minded sisters in loss offering my best advice on the mindset struggles grief brings, general fitness and healthy eating tips while we all work through the struggles loss brings.
