Today’s tip is to support with #1. Let me show you how to unprocess your salad dressing. We can take the cleanest, purest and most nutritionally powerful veggies and toss them in a salad and not even think about the gunk that is in the dressing we put on top of it. Some of the ingredients are so nutty, you don’t even want to say them out loud because they sound like bad words! Watch this video to see:

Quick and Easy DIY Clean Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe
- 2T Olive Oil
- 1T Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1T Spicy Mustard
- 1T Honey
- 1-2T Water
- Cracked Pepper
Directions: Put it all in a protein shaker canister and shake for 30 seconds until well combined.
